Spotify executives came to view Joe Rogan - a comedian and sports commentator whose no-holds-barred podcast, “The Joe Rogan Experience,” was already a monster hit on YouTube - as that transformative star. But to help propel the company into its next phase as an all-purpose audio juggernaut, and further challenge Apple and Google, it wanted a superstar podcaster, much as Howard Stern helped put satellite radio on the map in 2006. Spotify was already the king of music streaming. Please Spotify, give me some customer support in the next 90 days (so reasonable) or I am leaving your service and instead of endorsing you as I have been, I will do just the opposite.It was the deal that helped make Spotify a podcasting giant, but has now put the company at the center of a fiery debate about misinformation and free speech. I don't have time to scroll through message boards for hours in the hopes that someone else had the same question, and have another customer try to figure it out for us.
Perhaps, there is a way to contact a Spotify rep and I have not figured it out, if this is the case please make it more obvious. I understand it is difficult to create, and maintain apps for so many types of devices, I'm not complaining because I couldn't create something better myself (which is why I'm paying you). I have down voted every single song from this artist on my radio station, and they still manage to play!Ģ.)My second question is if there is an upgrade available or on the way for the Samsung smart TV app, so that it is the full version of Spotify including Browse and Radio. I had two simple questions, and I just wanted to contact someone at Spotify to get them quickly answered:ġ.) I wanted to know if I could customize a radio station so that a particular artist DID NOT PLAY. It appears that spotify is using their customers to problem solve for other customers, thus avoiding having to pay a customer support team (this is an observation, and if true, a grievance). Each time I look for a number to call, or a rep to contact, Spotify will prompt me to post a message in this community section to get help from other users.
I have been a premium member for almost a year now, and I am having difficulty finding a way to contact Spotify directly with questions, and general customer service feedback.
