Insert your Tiberium Wars disc, then once the launcher opens up, click on the game browser button, there you should be able to select your mod and launch it. Open the mods folder and unzip TiberiumEssence from this package and into it. Inside you should see a folder called mods, if not, then create a new folder called mods.
